Sxentra is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Executive to help grow our client portfolio and secure high-value SEO and digital marketing projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and bid on relevant SEO and digital marketing projects on Upwork.
  • Write customized, persuasive, and high-conversion proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other outbound platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients and manage follow-ups.
  • Analyze project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and assist in negotiations when required.
  • Achieve monthly bidding, lead generation, and project acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, client interactions, and conversion data.

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Must provide verifiable performance metrics, including:
    • Clients handled
    • Total earnings generated
    • Profile activity history
  • Strong proposal writing and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO services, digital marketing solutions, and client business challenges.
  • Ability to quickly identify high-quality leads and relevant opportunities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience working with IT, SEO, or Digital Marketing agencies is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding bidding and sales targets.
